The Local Government Commission (LGC), through the Statewide Energy Efficiency Collaborative (SEEC), is hosting this webinar to help local governments understand CalGreen Mandatory Effective January 1, 2011 and the Investor Owned Utilities Codes and Standard programs.

This is the third in a series of 15 webinars focused on helping local governments increase energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
