Building a Sustainable Infrastructure for the 21st Century

The Local Government Commission hosted its 23rd annual conference
at Asilomar to examine the recently released infrastructure
report by the California Commission on Building for the 21st
Century and to discuss the role of local governments in its implementation.
Public and private sector members of the California Commission on
Building for the 21st Century attended the conference to describe
their visionary blueprint for the future. Presentations of some
