The 2004 national, multi-disciplinary event
built on the tremendous success of both the first and
second annual New Partners for Smart Growth conferences,
held January 2002 in San Diego and 2003 in New Orleans. A lot
of progress has been made in the last year and this conference
provided the venue to showcase it! The program featured
cutting-edge smart growth issues, the latest research, implementation
tools and strategies, successful case studies, new partners,
new projects and new policies.
