Financing Opportunities for Affordable Housing and Infrastructure Projects

With the current fiscal situation in California, it is imperative for local government officials to explore a variety of financing options that will assist in the building of housing in Southern California as well as improvements to infrastructure projects such as water, transportation, and streets. This seminar will provide a forum for local elected officials to learn about programs offered by the State including affordable housing, budget financing, and infrastructure bond financing.
