Energie-Cités 11th Annual Conference

Facing the challenge of energy and climate change: Local actors working together more effectively! This is the theme of the Annual conference of Energie-Cités which will be held in Delft and Zoetermeer (NL) on 23-24 March 2006.

Numerous communal authorities and their local partners from throughout Europe will exchange ideas, learn from best practice examples and develop new ideas everyone is welcome!

This event is the official launch of the BELIEF project (Building in Europe Local Intelligent Energy Forums), supported by the European Commission. BELIEF is a very good example of forming partnerships with local actors as it aims to promote the Sustainable Energy Communities concept at European scale, setting up Local Intelligent Energy Forums in 20 communities from 11 European countries.
