Database of State Incentives for Renewable Energy (DSIRE)

A project of the Interstate Renewable Energy Council, DSIRE is
funded by DOE’s Office of Power Technologies and managed by
the North Carolina Solar Center. Its web site has been updated and
improved to make it more informative and user-friendly. The new
database provides a wealth of information on incentives, programs,
proposed policies, and existing legislation that promote renewable
energy.
Local Government Environmental Assistance Network (LGEAN)

LGEAN keeps local officials informed of recent funding opportunities,
federal policy changes, and other news of interest to local governments.
The site is updated daily. LGEAN also offers a biweekly e-mail update
providing important environmental news for local governments. To

Office of Ratepayer Advocates (ORA)

ORA represents the interests of public utility customers and subscribers
in California Public Utilities Commission proceedings to obtain
the lowest possible rate for service consistent with reliable and
safe service levels, and in other forums of agencies related to
electric, gas, telephone and water utilities representing consumer
interests. ORA’s web site has a status report of projects funded
by the CPUC-initiated self generation program, and links to related
web pages at http://www.ora.ca.gov/selfgen.htm.
