The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) has started planning for the 2009-2011 Public Goods Charge Energy Efficiency programs, hoping to have them ready to roll by January 1, 2009. A prehearing conference was held on February 27th in San Francisco to discuss the schedule, and scope of issues.
