Celebrate California's 3rd Annual Watershed Awareness Month

Throughout the month of May, watershed partnerships, educators, and other community groups are encouraged to promote the importance of watershed stewardship at the community level by organizing and participating in watershed awareness activities. To celebrate Watershed Awareness Month, participants can take part in watershed walks, project field tours, water quality monitoring, streamside cleanups, and other activities already taking place in their watersheds - or organize an event of your own!
