Energy Efficiency PGC Administration Update

As of November 1, 2004 there has not been a proposed decision released by the CPUC on R.01-08-010, the energy efficiency public goods charge rulemaking.  A draft decision for discussion purposes only was released in August and oral arguments were made on September 30^th.

When a proposed decision is released, it will be available at the LGC Community discussion board for you to read.
