Flex Your Power
Awards
The 2005 Flex Your Power Awards program seeks to recognize businesses,
organizations, government agencies and community leaders that have
made exceptional contributions and provided exemplary leadership
in advancing California’s efforts to save energy, water,
money and resources over the past year. Award categories include:
- Energy/Water Efficiency
- Demand Response and Conservation (Energy/Water)
- Education and Leadership
- Technological Innovations for Products or Services.
All Flex Your Power Award recipients will be recognized in prominent
newspaper ads to be placed around the state later this year and
will be featured on the Flex
Your Power website.
Apply or nominate leaders by completing the Application & Nomination
Form. Entries should be received
no later than Friday, September 16th.
Congratulatory Newspaper Ads
Prominent newspaper ad space has already been reserved to highlight
those leaders making a difference in achieving savings in energy
efficiency, conservation, demand response and water efficiency.
There are several opportunities to be featured in the newspaper
ads. You are encouraged to apply to be considered for inclusion
in the ads this fall by completing the application (link) form.
Pledge Today
Join other California companies across the state by committing
to three easy measures by signing the attached California Energy
Pledge. Besides saving energy, your commitment will save you money
and improve your bottom line.
This is a wonderful opportunity to highlight the outstanding energy
efficiency initiatives that your company or organization is implementing.
