Update: Publicly-Funded Energy Efficiency Programs

A draft decision on 2013-14 Energy Efficiency Programs was released on March 20th. The decision calls for continuing successful local government partnership programs, using the Energy Upgrade California brand for all energy programs (replacing Engage 360), and it encourages the submittal of regional local government programs.
