Billing and Revenue Manager
Lisa Forchu joined the Local Government Commission (LGC) in 2021 and serves as the Billing and Revenue Manager. She brings over 15 years of experience to the finance and accounting field, in both the private sector as well as in government finance and accounting. Lisa served in the US Army on Active Duty and also worked as a civilian for the Army as a Supervisory Budget Analyst.
Her mindful approach to business relies on collaborating with the team to improve efficiency and timeliness in the areas of internal controls, treasury management, analytics, and audit readiness. Her passions include holistic health and wellness, sustainability, and the environment. Lisa holds an MBA in Accounting & Finance and is currently working toward her CPA.
